Am I buying a product?

Simple answer, No. You are giving a donation of your own free will. These are perks we offer as a 'good will thank you' for your donation

Can I sell items for in-game currency?

No. As per our anti P2W policy selling any perks for in-game currency is not allowed. This will result in an instant ban with no refunds

If I Am a gold tier donor, do I have to pay full price for Emerald/Diamond?

You only need to cover the difference when upgrading to a new donor tier. Gold to Emerald will require a $12 donation etc.

I am a patreon subscriber, do I get a discount off lifetime membership?

Absolutely, We value all donations from everywhere. Each month you subscribe on patreon will count for 10% of the lifetime donation up to a maximum of 50%. 

Why Isn't Pink available to use as a glow/name?

Pink effects are reserved for our Server boosters, Boost the Discord to gain access. If you Boost as a Diamond tier donor you get access to Rainbow Eglow.

I don't like the rewards, can I have a refund?

Sorry as it is a donation, we don't offer refunds.

What are the conditions on Custom Names/tags?

Nothing offensive to other people, and no use of the obfuscate (the spam letter one). You will be able to discuss with staff to determine if a name/tag is approriate before purchase

Whats the difference between lifetime and Patreon?

Patreon allows players to pay smaller amounts each month; you will only have that rewards tier for the period you are subscribed for. Lifetime is a larger one off payment which grants you that tier and it's perks for life

Do donor tiers transfer across maps?

Yes! If you have lifetime membership or continue subscribing, you will retain all perks. All purchased tags are for life and will transfer also. Custom item names do not transfer over
